Surfing - Whether you’re an intermediate surfer, or just getting on the board for the first time, you should definitely try surfing in Tamarindo. You can rent a board almost anywhere in town for around $5 a day. No excuses!

You’ll find products from some amazing local brands, and of course, all your favorite products Coastal CR jewelry.

Go on Tours - Ever wanted to sail off into the sunset? Ride horses on the beach? There’s a tour for that! Being surfers, our favorite tour is the full day trip to Witches Rock, one of the best surf breaks in Guanacaste. If you’re an intermediate surfer, this is for you!

Try New Food - There are so many great restaurants to choose from in Tamarindo. Almost too many to try in one visit! We particularly enjoy the live music venues. Lizard Lounge, La Oveja, & Bamboo Sushi. 

Visit the Saturday Morning Market - Every Saturday Morning in the skatepark, you’ll see local vendors gather to sell their products. This is the BEST place to buy produce, souvenirs, artisan goods, and more! The market takes place from 8am - 2pm every Saturday, but come early before everything is all gone.
